Man these are Golden. With a capital G. Especially section 2, the things he talks about are applicable not just to lots of creative fields of work, but an overall approach to life. I really liked his advice on not telling stories the high school way, but a natural anecdote-y way, and not trying to be Ted Koppel - we think in order to be 'good' we have to have formal approaches to things and imitate 'good' experts, when what we should do is find our own voices and be human. This comment is way long but some of what Glass said reminded me of this really compelling commencement speech by Steve Jobs: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/1422863/posts
