Multimedia

One of those multimedia pieces that caught my eye and made me go "Dude, this stuff is so cool" is a piece on folks in a trailer park who are being moved because their landlord sold the land on which the trailers sat to developers. It's called "Uprooted."
Another interesting piece is called "Nawlz." Look it up.
It has a very cinematic feel to it, and seems very artsy at times, both to good effect. I really enjoyed this.

The "Uprooted" story was well done. It is definitely multimedia, with photo audio slides and video combined. The format did feel like watching a movie, and I feel that it made the piece more engaging.

The NAWLS, if you were referring to the interactive comic book, seems like it took a lot of work. It was interesting to watch it flow with touches of animation.

I completely agree. I've seen photo stories, audio slideshows and video with dialog, but this combined all three. The overall presentation was very effective. Covering the news to this degree is what makes me, and probably others, want to become a journalist.
